Position Overview:
We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead in IT infrastructure for a large defense organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying AI needs within the organization and implementing them in existing computing infrastructures,
while integrating existing market AI solutions and adapting them to defense-related constraints and standards.
The role includes leading complex AI projects and collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze the organization’s AI needs
- Integrate existing AI market solutions while aligning with defense constraints and standards
- Develop and implement AI solutions within IT infrastructures
- Lead AI projects from planning through execution
- Collaborate with IT, development, and research teams
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the AI field
- Experience working in defense organizations
- Proven ability to lead complex projects
- Deep knowledge of computing infrastructures and AI technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
