Job Description:

• Lead innovative technological products in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Work closely with project managers, development teams, and operational clients.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering & definition – understand operational needs and match them with technological solutions.
• Product lifecycle management – from concept through development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with development teams – define technical requirements and build the product roadmap.
• Coordination with project managers – ensure alignment with goals while managing technical and operational constraints.
• Interaction with internal and external clients – including demos, feedback collection, and user experience (UX) improvements.
• Market and competitive research – gain a deep understanding of relevant industry trends.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a technological product manager.
• Military technological background, preferably from Unit 8200.
• Experience as an intelligence team leader or intelligence officer (KAMAN) – deep understanding of operational decision-making processes.
• Experience in specifying tech systems tailored to operational needs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Advantages:

• Technological background – experience in programming, data, or system architecture.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Openshift, Kubernetes, Microservices, Docker.
