    Job Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end system engineering for command and control (C4I) systems, dealing with classified tactical situational awareness, integrating algorithms based on sensor reports, tracking, and prediction algorithms.
    • Analysis, specification, and requirement documentation.
    • Close collaboration with development, testing, and system engineering teams.
    • Continuous communication with clients.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of proven experience in analysis, specification, requirement writing, and development support for tactical situational awareness and military command & control (C4I) systems, with an emphasis on software development.
    • Experience working with basic algorithms for situational awareness based on sensor reports, tracking, and prediction algorithms.
    • Proven experience with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) in situational awareness and C4I systems.
    • Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Matlab).
    • Excellent written technical English (reading and writing).

    Advantages:

    • Academic degree in Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Electronics Engineering.
    • Familiarity with relevant sensors (Radar, ESM, Electro-optical sensors, etc.).
    • Experience with optimization algorithms (e.g., resource allocation) in C4I systems.
    • Experience with combat management algorithms – interception calculations, optimal path computation, optimal asset deployment planning, etc.
    • Knowledge of tactical combat networks such as Link-16.
    • Good understanding of modern operating systems – MS Windows, Unix/Linux.
    • Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Go, etc.).
    • Proven experience with requirement definition and maintenance tools (RequisitePro, DOORS, etc.).
    • Military service in combat units.
