    Job Description:

    • Leading end-to-end sales processes: from tender submission and technical specification to contract closure and solution implementation.
    • Building relationships with existing and new customers, tailoring technological solutions to their needs.
    • Collaborating closely with development and technology teams to ensure optimal responses to technical requirements.
    • Preparing presentations and delivering them in Hebrew and English to promote solutions.
    • Responding to complex tenders and supporting the specification of cloud migration solutions.
    • Contributing to marketing strategy development and achieving sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on software products and cloud solutions.
    • Proven experience in leading sales processes in the tech industry, including tender responses and customized solution design.
    • Ability to present technological solutions with a business and technical perspective, tailored to customer needs.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Analytical skills and the ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements.
    • Experience with Contact Center systems such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco – a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud solutions – an advantage.
    • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including delivering professional presentations.
