EPR is looking for a Help Desk Technician
EPR, a subsidiary of TSG Group, is dedicated to developing municipal systems in the fields of welfare, tax collection, and accounting.
Responsibilities:- Provide Level A support for computer systems.
- Handle user calls for issues like computer failures, login problems, etc.
- Offer ongoing support for laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and peripherals.
- Refer complex issues to higher support levels while monitoring progress.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of Help Desk experience.
- PC technician certification.
- Proficiency in Windows OS.
- Experience with software installations, active directory, and Office tools.
- Familiarity with multi-user environments.
- Knowledge and experience in system management (an advantage).
