EPR is looking for a Help Desk Technician 

EPR, a subsidiary of TSG Group, is dedicated to developing municipal systems in the fields of welfare, tax collection, and accounting.Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level A support for computer systems.
  • Handle user calls for issues like computer failures, login problems, etc.
  • Offer ongoing support for laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and peripherals.
  • Refer complex issues to higher support levels while monitoring progress.


  • 3-4 years of Help Desk experience.
  • PC technician certification.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS.
  • Experience with software installations, active directory, and Office tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-user environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in system management (an advantage).
