Role Includes:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying scales, both in the cloud and on-premises.
- Planning and defining business requirements, with a business understanding of processes and in-depth discussions with enterprise clients.
- Managing the project at the task and Gantt chart level, including budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Regular interactions with clients, including on-site visits as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in managing and leading large projects.
- Experience interacting with both large and small clients, with the ability to guide, understand, and lead the client.
- Good English proficiency in reading and writing.
- Knowledge and experience with Contact Center platforms is an advantage (Genesys is a significant advantage).
- Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing SAAS projects is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
