What does the role include?
- Managing the company’s service and support operations call center.
- Leading a professional team of over 20 support specialists.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Regular communication with business clients, including issue resolution and improving client relations.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing a call center team of at least 10 employees – mandatory.
- Significant advantage for experience in software service and support centers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Availability for a full-time position at the company’s headquarters in Ali.
